Event TabsSummaryDates: Monday, October 5, 2015 to Friday, October 9, 2015Location: Lilongwe Malawi MW Type: MeetingThe Mid Term Review meeting is a joint meeting of the Programme Steering Committee of the GFCS Adaptation Programme in Africa and the Tanzania and Malawi Project Delivery Teams. The meeting consists of two parts: the two first days are focusing on the Mid Term Review discussion, which culminates the internal review process that has been taking place in the quarter leading up to the meeting. The last day is a regular Programme Steering Committee, although with an expanded group consisting of at least one representative from each partner organization from both Project Delivery Teams. The Mid Term Review meeting has the following objectives: Reflect on feedback received from partners and stakeholders Review progress against the programme outcomes and indicators and make any necessary changes and adjustments as necessary Review the management arrangements for the programme and make recommendations for changes if required Agree on a dissemination plan for the findings of the Mid Term Review The main objectives of the Programme Steering Committee meeting are: Agree on the activity plan for Year 3 of the programme. Identify the activities that need to be sustained beyond the lifespan of the programme, including discussion on a timeframe for developing the Phase 2 proposal.
