NOAA Climate Prediction Center Training

A training session will be provided by the United States National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) at the African Centre of Meteorological Applications for Development (ACMAD) in Niamey, Niger from 17 to 21 July 2017. This twinning activity between NOAA and ACMAD is aimed at improving regional and national capacities for developing climate services as well as improving the link between ACMAD and countries in the region. Participants will include members of the NOAA Climate Prediction Center team, ACMAD staff, and staff from the National Meteorological and Hydrological Services of Niger, Senegal and Burkina.
